Return Policy
If you do not like the product, we offer 100% money-back in the form of store credit. Returns are subject to the following criteria:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted for unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered products in their original condition.
- Customers can only claim return/exchange once per product.
- Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Store credit will be issued once the product undergoes a quality inspection and is deemed in its original condition.
- Free gifts are not eligible for return.
We are happy to arrange the return of the product through our shipping partner.
In case of a product defect, customers will be required to share clear parcel opening videos and pictures.

Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time product exchange for a different colour or design. All our products are unstitched, so product exchange claims for a different size are invalid.
